What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

R99 – R135 delivery fee on all orders. Delivery Surcharge applicable for heavy/ bulky goods at a R200 additional

When will my order be delivered?

4 to 7 days for shipping – You will receive a email immediately after your order is placed from the courier company whereby you can track your order.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout.

To change your delivery address permanently for future orders, you can update your Address Book under your Customer Information in your Account profile.

What happens if a product is missing from my shipment/delivery?

You will need to submit a request by completing the contact form in the support section, providing us with your order number. Confirm which item is missing in your shipment received. One of our friendly online shopping assistants will contact you and assist you.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Unfortunately not. Due to logistical matters you would need to ensure that you will be present at the delivery address provided

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

Once you check out – it’s not possible to select a specific day or time for your delivery.
